Terms of Sale
These terms govern all orders placed through this site. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and are acquiring products for laboratory research use in accordance with our RUO Policy.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. AAMINO reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including where information provided appears inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with our RUO Policy.
3. Payment
Payment is accepted by Zelle. After you place an order you will receive the Zelle recipient, the exact amount due, and an order number to use as your payment memo. Zelle payments are final and generally cannot be reversed, so verify the recipient before sending. Orders are fulfilled only after payment is received and confirmed, and AAMINO may cancel any order for which payment is not received.
4. Shipping & Handling
Compounds are packaged and shipped in accordance with applicable handling and storage requirements. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier handoff. AAMINO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of research chemicals, orders cannot be cancelled once processed and products cannot be returned once shipped, except where a batch fails to meet its published Certificate of Analysis specifications. Contact us within 7 days of receipt to report a batch discrepancy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Products are sold as-is for laboratory research use only. AAMINO disclaims all liability arising from any use inconsistent with our RUO Policy, including but not limited to human or veterinary consumption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAMINO's liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AAMINO is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
